Ralph W. Clinton, 66, of Ranson, W.Va., died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Ranson. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town, W.Va. The service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens, Martinsburg, W.Va.
