Pint Size Hero Blood Drive

November 06, 2009

Malissa Hudson, right, donates blood Friday afternoon at Fountain Rock Elementary School with the assistance of LPN Jolene Griffin during the Pint Size Hero Blood Drive. The blood drive was held in honor of David Greeley, a third-grader who is undergoing rehabilitation at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore after being struck by a car in August. David's left leg had to be amputated at mid-shin. He also suffered a skull fracture, facial fractures, a broken left arm and an open fracture below his right knee.
