Stephen R. Torres, 18, of Kearneysville, W.Va., died Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009. The family will receive friends Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Eackles-Spencer and Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. The service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Bolivar, W.Va.
