Driver, bystander face DUI, other charges after Pa. crash
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- A Chambersburg man was charged with driving under the influence and hit and run following a 4 p.m. accident Saturday on U.S. 30.
Pennsylvania State Police said Darryl Souders, 49, was driving a vehicle that hit a parked vehicle in the 5400 block of Lincoln Way East in Greene Township.
No injuries were reported.
While on the scene, a bystander, Kenneth Bietsch, allegedly yelled profanities at troopers. Bietsch, 49, of St. Thomas, Pa., was arrested for public drunkenness and taken to Franklin County Jail, police said.
Three injured in Berkeley County crash
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. -- One motorist was flown to a hospital and two others were injured when two vehicles collided Friday night on Arden Nollville Road near W.Va. 45, Berkeley County Sheriff Kenneth M. Lemaster Jr. said.
