Ann Catherine "Miss Ann" Boyer Spickler, 72, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at her home. The family will receive friends Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery, Martinsburg.
