CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- The Chambersburg Police Department on Wednesday was investigating the circumstances behind a 3-month-old girl's head injury.
The child's parents took her to Chambersburg Hospital's emergency room and reported the girl suffered a seizure Monday night, according to a police department press release.
The child was unresponsive, police said.
Doctors at Hershey (Pa.) Medical Center, where the child was flown by helicopter, found in an examination that she suffered a head injury, police said.
The child was listed in serious condition Tuesday night, according to a hospital spokeswoman.
