WILLIAMSPORT -- A Cumberland, Md., man who was injured in a Wednesday morning crash on Interstate 70 was in critical condition Thursday morning at the University of Maryland R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, a hospital spokeswoman said.
