'Ghosthunting' authors to visit

CLEAR SPRING - Michael J. Varhola and Michael H. Varhola, authors of the newly released book, "Ghosthunting Maryland" will be at the Leonard P. Snyder Memorial Branch Library in Clear Spring on Sunday at 3 p.m. to talk about their book and some popular paranormal sites in Maryland.

Books will be available for purchase and a book signing will follow. The library is at 12624 Broadfording Road in Clear Spring. For more information, call 301-842-2730 to reserve a seat.

Michael J. Varhola has had a lifelong interest in the paranormal and has conducted investigations worldwide. He is a public speaker, author of several books, and a freelance journalist with a background in history, research, and fieldwork. He lives just outside of San Antonio.

Michael H. Varhola is a professional counterintelligence officer and a longtime resident of the state of Maryland. His life-long dream has been to be a professional writer and he plans to begin writing full-time after retiring in 2010. In the meantime, he has been contributing short pieces to his son's books. He is currently working on a novel.
