Steve E. Bivans Sr., 53, of Inwood, W.Va., died Monday, Sept. 28, 2009. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg, W.Va. A memorial service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
