Clear Spring woman and her horse do well in show

AMARILLO, Texas - Nancy J. Replogle of Clear Spring and Kid Stylin, a 2002 Buckskin American Quarter Horse Association gelding, placed in the Top 10 in aged geldings at the 2009 Bayer Select World Championship Show Aug. 31 to Sept. 6.

"Qualifying and competing in the Bayer Select World Championship is a great honor," said Don Treadway Jr., horse association executive vice president. "Congratulations to Nancy J. Replogle and Kid Stylin for earning a Top 10 finish in this prestigious event."

The show is an invitational event for amateur exhibitors ages 50 and older. To qualify, participants and their horses must have earned a certain number of points in association approved shows between June 1, 2008 and May 31. This is the seventh year for the show, with numbers increasing each year as exhibitors from around the world compete for 41 world titles.
