Thomas C. Steel, 81, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. with a vigil service at South Berkeley Chapel, Inwood, W.Va. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. Leo Catholic Church. Military graveside services will be conducted at St. Leo Cemetery.
