September 24, 2009

County officials, area business leaders and Centra Bank board members, along with the bank's management and staff, on Thursday cut the ribbon to officially open the bank's office at 18750 North Pointe Drive.

Following the ribbon-cutting, guests attended a reception, according to information from the bank.

The one story, 3,400-square-foot structure was built by Myers Building Systems Inc. with the help of local subcontractors, providing jobs within the community, the bank said. The full-service banking facility has four drive-through lanes and an ATM. Features also include instant-issue debit cards, safety deposit boxes and full banking services.

Local employees staff the office, which will serve a mix of individual and business customers. Anissa Wade is the branch manager and retail leader.

Customers who visit the North Pointe office are eligible to enter the Spicher's Appliances/Martin's Food Markets contest through Oct. 2, according to information from the bank. A drawing for two prizes, an LCD flat screen television from Spicher's and a gift certificate from Martin's, will be held. Winners will be announced at the North Pointe office on Saturday, Oct. 3, at noon.
