Washington Co. Sheriff's Dept. calls

The Washington County Sheriff's Department responded Monday to the following incidents, according to Lt. Mark Knight:

  • At 8:23 a.m., a bicycle was reported taken in the 12900 block of Oak Hill Avenue. 

  • At 8:42 a.m., malicious destruction of property was reported in the 11500 block of Robinwood Drive at a Seventh Day Adventist church. Someone shot at two windows with a BB gun.

  • At 11:35 a.m., malicious destruction of property was reported in the 11000 block of Celeste Drive. Someone damaged a windshield on a vehicle.

  • At 12:51 p.m., malicious destruction of property was reported in the 17300 block of Valley Mall Road in the parking lot. Someone keyed a vehicle.

  • At 2:24 p.m., theft from a motor vehicle was reported in the area of Frederick Road in Funkstown. Someone broke into a vehicle and took papers.

  • At 7:16 p.m., a domestic incident was reported in the parking lot near Ollie's Bargain Outlet. 

  • At 7:27 p.m., an assault was reported in the 5900 block of Sensel Road. 

  • At 8:04 p.m., breaking and entering was reported in the 11300 block of Marbern Road. Someone broke into a home but nothing appeared to have been taken.

  • At 9:18 p.m., theft was reported in the 17200 block of Cole Road at Target. Someone took a purse, cash, camera and Blackberry.

  • At 10:41 p.m., drug violations were reported in the 200 block of Edgewood Drive.
