Janet Barbara Means, 57, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Thursday, Sept. 17, 2009, at City Hospital, Martinsburg, of cancer. A memorial service will be Monday at 5 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, Shepherdstown, W.Va. A reception will be held at Trinity Fellowship Hall, immediately after the service. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg.
