Sutch leads Wildcats to win

POOLESVILLE, Md. -- Joey Sutch scored on runs of 10 and 5 yards, and Williamsport's defense shut Poolesville out after a first-quarter touchdown as the Wildcats won on the road, 20-6, on Thursday.

Reggie Russ had a 2-yard TD run and Casey McKenrick ran in a 2-point conversion for the Wildcats (2-1).

CUMBERLAND, Md. -- Chelsea Wise had nine service points, including two aces, as Hancock defeated Bishop Walsh, 25-21, 15-25, 25-17, 14-25, 15-10.

Hannah Creek had seven service points and eight assists, while Maureen Leavy added 11 kills for the Panthers (1-2).

GREENCASTLE, Pa. -- Kelsey Gearhart had 18 kills, while Katy Bobbitt added 15 digs to pace Greencastle-Antrim to a 25-11, 25-20, 22-25, 25-18 win.

Erin Garns had 37 assists, Nakita Gearhart had 11 kills and Sammi Rudy added 10 digs for the Blue Devils (3-0).

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. -- Molly Geiger had 12 kills as Waynesboro beat Middletown, 20-25, 25-17, 25-22, 25-18.

WARFORDSBURG, Pa. -- A'leese Dickerson led McConnellsburg with 19 kills, six digs and three blocks as the Spartans swept Southern Fulton, 25-19, 25-19, 25-18.

Emily Watkins had 15 digs and six kills, Valerie Green added 19 digs and Jessica Nero tallied nine digs and five kills for McConnellsburg (3-0).

Rachel Norris had 13 digs and Jenna Ritz added eight assists for the Indians (0-3).
