Shots fired into apartment near Martinsburg

no one hurt

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - West Virginia State Police said they found two bullets in a wall of an apartment and one bullet in a ceiling at Roberts Gardens apartments early Wednesday, according to a press release.

A trooper responded to the apartments off U.S. 11 near the Berkeley Plaza after a resident said his apartment had been "shot up," the release said.

The resident said he saw a Cadillac Deville leaving the scene and that two people dressed in black fled toward the car, the release said.

No one was hurt in the shooting, said police, who added that they have possible suspects.
