TOPS 446

The TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Chapter 446 members enjoyed a net loss for the week with some really "good losers." It was an excellent accomplishment following the Labor Day weekend.

The chapter welcomed a returning member, Marie.

Various awards were given for a variety of successful endeavors. Janet, who led the awards presentation, was honored as the Shining Star for August. Judy G. was the Thinner Winner of the week.

Mary shared information being taught by the health department on the premise that some levels of stress can be the underlying reason for weight gain.

The group meets Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Shiloh United Methodist Church, 19731 Shiloh Church Road in Hagerstown. Weigh-in begins at 8:45 a.m.
