CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Nicole L. Malott, an equestrian studies major, was named to the dean's list for the spring semester at Wilson College.

She is a 2006 graduate of South Hagerstown High School.

She is the daughter of Kay Malott, grandaughter of Harold King and goddaughter of Dick and Cheryl Cline.

Molly Ranelle Schweinhart boarded the MV-Explorer in Halifax, Nova Scotia, as a participant in the Semester at Sea program.

She will do her fall semester aboard the ship as it sails around the world docking in San Diego in December.

The Semester at Sea program is academically sponsored by the University of Virginia.

Molly is a junior at Christopher Newport University where she was again named to the dean's list for the spring semester.


Molly is a 2007 graduate of Smithsburg High School.

She is the daughter of Doug and Sherry Schweinhart.

HARRISONBURG, Va. - Allison Diane Everly has been named to the president's list at James Madison University for the spring semester.

To be named to the president's list, a student must carry a 3.9 grade-point average and a full course load.

Allison graduated fromWilliamsport High School.

She is the daughter of Cindy Everly and Bradley Everly.

SELINSGROVE, Pa. - Tyler Austin of Knoxville, Md., was an orientation team leader for the class of 2013 at Susquehanna University.

The orientation team is composed of upper class students with a desire to help new students make the transition to life at Susquehanna.

The team leaders assist new students and their families in unloading their cars, moving in to their residence halls and answering questions.

During the four-day student orientation, team leaders also attend orientation events with the new students and facilitate small group discussions.

Tyler, a sophomore majoring in music education, is a 2008 graduate of Boonsboro High School.

He is the son of Greg and Kim Austin.
