William C. Fisher, 77, of Inwood, W.Va., died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009 at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va. Graveside services with full military honors will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements by Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg.
