HAGERSTOWN -- Probable cause was found Tuesday to forward to Washington County Circuit Court rape charges against a Hagerstown man police allege was involved in a sex assault at a local motel.

In a preliminary hearing in Washington County District Court for Luis Manuel Pastor, 22, of 148 E. Franklin St., retired District Judge R. Noel Spence found probable cause to forward charges including first-degree rape, second-degree rape, first-degree sex offense and kidnapping a child younger than 16, according to court records.

A 14-year-old girl and a 15-year old girl allegedly were sexually assaulted by three males in a room at the Motel 6 on Massey Boulevard, according to police.

The 14-year-old said she was struck in the face after she refused to perform oral sex on one of the males, according to court records.
