The seminar will be Sept. 17 from 8 to 10 a.m. at Beaver Creek Country Club in Hagerstown. A continental breakfast will be served. Seating is limited.

The seminar is part of the Risk Management Education series sponsored by Bowers. Kenneth G. Macleay, commissioner of the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission, will present the seminar.

Topics to be covered include changes in workers' compensation laws that affect your business, finalizing claims with structured settlements, understanding workers' compensation disability ratings and the red flags employers should know about fraud. There will be a question-and-answer session following the presentation.
