HAGERSTOWN - After a four-day closure for repairs to the CSX railroad crossing, the stretch of Eastern Boulevard that had been closed because of the work will reopen to traffic at 8 a.m. today, Washington County spokesman Norman Bassett said.
The road has been closed between Security Road and Klick Way since Monday morning.
