Daytime classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from Sept. 10 to Dec. 10, from 10 to 11 a.m. Evening classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays, from Sept. 9 to Dec. 9, from 6 to 7 p.m.
Cost of each program is $45 for residents, $55 for nonresidents, and $36 for seniors 55 and older.

WHS Class of 1957 planning reunion
A reunion is planned for the Williamsport High School class of 1957 Saturday, Sept. 19.
The reunion will be held at Byron Memorial Park, Pavilion 2, from 1 to 5 p.m. Classmates are asked to bring a covered dish.
Other classes from the 1950s are invited to attend.

Town Museum temporarily closing
The Town Museum, in the historic Springfield Farm Barn, will be closed for several Sundays while a sprinkler system is installed. The Town of Williamsport apologizes for the inconvenience and looks forward to reopening the museum soon.

Alumni baseball game planned
An alumni baseball game in honor of long-time head coach Larry Wadel is planned in conjunction with the Mega Reunion (for WHS classes 1990 and prior).
Game time will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19, at Williamsport High School.
Anyone who played baseball at Williamsport High School during Coach Wadel's era or prior and would like to participate should contact Patrick Taylor at 301-988-1849. Leave a message for a return call.
Also, if you know someone who played for Coach Wadel and might not have access to this invitation, call Taylor.
Final summer concert to be held Sunday
The free summer concert series is coming to an end. The final concert is scheduled for Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. Dalton & Ron will perform in the band shell at Byron Memorial Park. Ron is the current Maryland state champion mandolinist.
Thanks go to Tearza Knode, Williamsport Town Council member, for coordinating these events all summer. Thank you to everyone who came out to support these concerts and enjoy the variety of entertainment offered.
