At about 1:25 a.m., Matthew Goetzinger was driving a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer southbound on Md. 632 at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his vehicle about a quarter-mile north of Md. 63, police said. The car crossed the center line, struck an embankment and overturned, police said.
