Case forwarded against juvenile accused of rape

The case against a 17-year-old Baltimore youth who was charged after two teenage girls allegedly were sexually assaulted in a Motel 6 motel room on Massey Boulevard was heard Monday in Washington County District Court.

In a preliminary hearing before Judge Ralph H. France II, it was determined there was probable cause to forward first- and second-degree rape and second-degree assault charges against the juvenile to Washington County Circuit Court.

A 14-year-old girl and a 15-year old girl allegedly were sexually assaulted by three males in the motel room, according to police, who were notified Aug. 8.

The 14-year-old said she was struck in the face after she refused to perform oral sex on one of the males, according to court records.

The juvenile forced the 14-year-old onto a bed and struck her in the back before three males had sex with the girls, according to court records.

Another defendant in the case, Luis Manuel Pastor, 22, of 148 E. Franklin St. in Hagerstown, is charged with first- and second-degree rape, first- and third-degree sex offense, kidnapping a child younger than 16, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of marijuana, according to court records.

Court records did not have information about the third man involved in the incident.
