Douglas E. White, 47, of 9330 Gap Road, Waynesboro, Pa., died suddenly Thursday, Aug. 13, 2009, in Smithsburg. A memorial service will be announced later by the family and at the funeral home's Web site. Burial will be private. Arrangements are by Lochstampfor Funeral Home Inc., Waynesboro.
