Due to a source's error, an obituary in Sunday's Herald-Mail for Bessie Marie Tress of Falling Waters. W.Va., gave incorrect information. Born Sept. 29, 1931, in Clover District, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late William and Ovie Otis Poling Helmick.
