WARFORDSBURG, Pa. - Adrienne Mae Palmer, 87, of Warfordsburg, Pa., passed away Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009, at the Fulton County Medical Center.
She was the daughter of William and Jessie Mellott Clevenger.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Floyd Palmer; her daughter, Marlys Palmer of Chambersburg; her son, Dale Palmer (wife Brenda) of Warfordsburg; her sisters, Mildred Powers of Clear Spring, Md., June Smith (husband Junior) of Wolcott, N.Y., and Bonnie Smith (husband Joe) of North Rose, N.Y.; her brothers, Ivan Clevenger of Warfordsburg, Billy Clevenger (wife Grace) of Lyons, N.Y., and Ray Clevenger (wife Marge) of North Rose, N.Y.; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Dale and Jack Clevenger; and sisters, Pauline Carnell and Nancy Decker.
She was a member of Cedar Grove Christian Church.
Her adult years were spent as a devoted wife, loving mother and caring homemaker.
