New meetinghouse for the Martinsburg, W.Va. Stake Center, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Langston Boulevard, Spring Mills (exit 20 off Interstate 81), open house will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. today. Exhibits and presentations will highlight member activities during the day. Light refreshments will be served. The dedication service will be Sunday at 10 a.m. under the direction of Steve Grow, president of the Martinsburg Stake. For information, call 304-754-6631.

Hagerstown City Park, 501 Virginia Ave., Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m., the annual interfaith family picnic will be in the pavilion closest to the concession stand. Word of Truth Outreach Ministries, this week is Teen Challenge 2009 at Hagerstown City Park from 1 to 5 p.m. There will be special music by the New Creation Choir and free food. Books are distributed along with help with medications, housing, school supplies, food, etc.
