HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. - Earl Lester Casey Brown went to be with the Lord Aug. 4, 2009, at his home.
Born Sept. 5, 1958, in Hagerstown, Md., he was the son of Robert E. Brown and Jeannette M. (Houser) Brown of Hagerstown, Md.
Les graduated in 1976 from South Hagerstown High School. He worked for Hobart Inc. and Duron Paint and Tools and Accessories as a salesman.
Les is best remembered for his love of God, people and life.
He is survived by his wife, Christine; two brothers, Robert E. Brown Jr. and his wife Christy, and Mervin Edward Brown, both of Hagerstown, Md; two sisters, Debra A. (Burger) Henry of Hagerstown, Md., and Sally D. Poole and her husband Errol F. Poole of Clear Spring, Md.; three nieces; and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward and Anna Houser; and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Mervin and Ruth Brown.
We invite family and friends to join us in the celebration of Lester's life at Baldwin Methodist Church, 921 General Highway, Millersville, MD 21108 on Aug. 22, 2009, at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, Lester wishes donations to be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
