The month after the Charlie Daniels Band performs at Pickin' in the Panhandle, the band will come to Hagerstown for a concert at Hager Hall Conference & Event Center.
The Charlie Daniels Band is scheduled to perform Saturday, Oct. 24, at Hager Hall, at 901 Dual Highway in Hagerstown. Doors will open at 6 p.m., but the concert probably will begin at about 8 p.m., according to Cancun Cantina West, which is in the same complex.
The Southern rock band is best known for its hit "The Devil Went Down to Georgia." The band performed a sold-out show at Shippensburg (Pa.) University's H. Ric Luhrs Performing Arts Center in April 2006.
Tickets for the Hager Hall concert are available through Ticketmaster for $35 plus service fees. Tickets also are available at Cancun Cantina West and Barefoot Bernie's on Dual Highway.
