CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- A warrant has been issued for a 24-year-old man in connection with a robbery at the Wayne Avenue branch of F&M Trust Bank on Friday, according to a Chambersburg Police Department press release.

The warrant for Charles B. McNeal, no fixed address, charges him with robbery, criminal conspiracy and theft, the press release said.

A 17-year-old female has been identified as an accomplice and was taken into custody early Saturday, according to the press release.

A portion of the stolen money has also been recovered, the release said.

Police said a man entered the bank around 12:14 p.m. Friday and demanded money, threatening as if he had a weapon.

The man then took an undetermined amount of money and fled on foot, police said.

Police described the suspect as a white man about 5 feet 11 inches tall and thinly built with a slight beard.

He was seen wearing a long-sleeved black shirt, dark pants and a blue bandanna on his head and face.

Anyone with information about McNeal's whereabouts may contact a police agency or 911, the release said.
