Nyla C. Kelley, 50, of Berkeley County, W.Va., died Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2009, at her home. A memorial service will be Sunday, Aug. 16, at 11 a.m. at Mount Wesley United Methodist Church. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg, W.Va.
