James Allen Kriner II, 48, of 402 Mitchell Ave., Hagerstown, Md., died Sunday, Aug. 2, 2009, in Falling Waters, W.Va.
Born Feb. 21, 1961, in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late James Allen Kriner I and Lorraine Pearl Childress Kriner.
He is survived by one son, James Theodore Weddle of Hagerstown; two sisters, Sharon Irvin of Clear Spring, Md., and Tina Saunders of Sharpsburg, Md.; three brothers, Joseph Wayne Kriner, Ronald Eichelberger and Michael Allen Davis, all of Hagerstown; two stepgrandsons; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Gina Lee Kriner.
Graveside services will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery at 11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Henry D. Barthalow will officiate.
The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD 21740.
