CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- A Chambersburg man who has a DUI-suspended license was charged again with DUI following a traffic stop Wednesday night on McKinley Street Extended at Willow Street, according to a Pennsylvania State Police press release.
Charles Edward Brown III, 25, was stopped at 11:56 p.m. after police discovered his license plate on a 1995 Nissan Pathfinder was suspended for insurance cancellation, troopers said.
Brown allegedly was under the influence of alcohol and prescription medication, troopers said.
