Miss Washington County Whitney Colombo was a guest speaker at the Hagerstown Kiwanis Club's June 19 meeting.
Whitney, a student at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va., recently placed in the top 10 finalists at the Miss Maryland Pageant and was awarded a $1,000 scholarship.
