Police release photo of robbery suspect

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. --The Berkeley County Sheriff's Department on Monday released images of a man suspected of robbing the ROCS convenience store at 1100 Shepherdstown Road just east of Martinsburg on Dec. 10, 2008.

The surveillance images show a black male who is about 6 feet in height with facial hair. He was wearing all gray clothing, black shoes and a baseball cap and used a handgun in the robbery, Sheriff's Department deputy Lt. Gary Harmison said in a news release.

The vehicle used in the robbery was a light gray Ford Taurus, according to Harmison. Police obtained the images from the West King Street location of ROCS in Martinsburg, where the suspect had been about one hour prior to the robbery, according to Harmison.
