Movie 'Time Changer' to be shown July 23

Washington Square United Methodist Church will show a free movie Thursday, July 23, at 6:30 p.m.

The movie is called "Time Changer," a science-fiction story about how decisions in the present might affect the future.

Light refreshments will be served after the movie. Free parking is available behind the church.

The church is at 538 Washington Ave. (parking lot entrance off Franklin Street).

Save the date for golf tournament

The Antietam Health Care Foundation's 14th annual golf tournament will be Thursday, Oct. 1, at Penn National Golf Club in Fayetteville, Pa.

The tournament raises money for programs and services at Washington County Hospital.

Alumni group plans trip to Baltimore

The Winter Street Alumni Association is planning a trip to Baltimore Tuesday, Sept. 8.

The group will visit the National Aquarium, have lunch at Phillips restaurant in the Inner Harbor, then travel to Fort McHenry.

The group meets at Always Ron's the second Tuesday of the month.
