Suns stop 'Hoppers

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Steve Lombardozzi drove in three runs and Derek Norris hit his South Atlantic League-leading 21st home run on Friday to lift the Hagerstown Suns to a 10-5 victory over Greensboro.

The Suns scored three runs in the third inning and four in the fourth to break out to a 7-2 lead.

Norris hit a two-run shot to left in the third to tie the game. Tyler Moore doubled and scored on Charlie Fermaint's single for the 3-2 lead.

Lombardozzi and Moore hit two-run doubles in the fourth to give Hagerstown the five-run lead.

Suns starter Patrick Arnold allowed four runs in five innings to get the victory.

The Suns added three runs in the ninth, keyed by Lombardozzi's RBI hit.

Moore led the Suns with three hits.
