Barbour deTour Road Race

PHILIPPI, W.Va. -- Gerald Pflug, of Greensburg, Pa., won the 32-mile race in the 40-plus division in 1 hour, 25 minutes, 16 seconds. Mike Spinnler, 50, of Hagerstown, racing for the Antietam Velo Club/Team Hagerstown-Washington County Tourism, took second in 1:25:21. Pflug won the West Virginia Road Race Series with 60 points, and Spinnler was second with 57.
