VanMeter-Stewart

James and Pamela VanMeter of Martinsburg, W.Va., announce the engagement of their daughter, Adrienne VanMeter, to Robert "Billy" Stewart, son of Christa Hoover of Maugansville, and Bob and Donna Stewart of Martinsburg.

Ms. VanMeter is a 2005 graduate of Hedgesville High School and a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in human performance and health. She plans to graduate in May 2010 from West Virginia University with a master's degree in occupational therapy.

Mr. Stewart is also a 2005 graduate of Hedgesville High School and a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in human performance and health. He also plans to graduate in May 2010 from West Virginia University with a master's degree in occupational therapy.

A July 17, 2010, wedding is planned.

Gadway-Zaccaria

Nicholas A. Zaccaria and Kaitlin N. Gadway announce their engagement.

Mr. Zaccaria is the son of Marvin Zaccaria of Hagerstown and Gerri Zaccaria of Boonsboro. He is a 2005 graduate of Boonsboro High School and is pursuing an environmental science degree at Shepherd University. He is employed by the Fresh Water Institute in Shepherdstown, W.Va.

Ms. Gadway is the daughter of Douglas and Lisa Gadway of Boonsboro. She is a 2006 graduate of Boonsboro High School and is a senior at Frostburg State University, pursuing a dual degree in early childhood and elementary education.

A June 5, 2010, wedding is planned.

Shanholtz-Mothershead

Kenny and Linda Shanholtz of Hagerstown announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Renee Shanholtz to Brian Matthew Mothershead, son of Jack & Pam Mothershead of Ellicott City, Md.

Ms. Shanholtz is a 2004 graduate of Clear Spring High School. She is pursuing a degree in registered nursing at Hagerstown Community College and plans to graduate in May 2010. She is employed with Washington County Hospital.

Mr. Mothershead is a 2004 graduate of Mt. Hebron High School and a 2008 graduate of Towson University with a bachelor's degree in sport management.

A July 2010 wedding is planned.
