The Washington County Division of Public Works-Capital Engineering Projects says the Pavement Maintenance and Rehabilitation Project for fiscal year 2010 will begin Monday in the Funkstown area.
Roads scheduled to receive full-depth patching, milling and asphalt overlay include:
o Funkstown Road, from Hebb Road to Funkstown Elementary School
o Sturgis Drive, from Hebb Road to the dead end
o Bethlehem Court, from Beaver Creek Road to the town house parking lot
o Stouffer Avenue, from Edgewood Drive to East Baltimore Street
o Haywood Circle, from Edgewood Drive to Haywood Circle
The work will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. The contractor is L.W. Wolfe Enterprises.
Officials ask motorists to use caution in work areas.
