Pa. State Police respond to incidents

Pennsylvania State Police responded to the following incidents, according to press releases from the McConnellsburg and Chambersburg barracks:

o On June 24 at 8:30 p.m., retail theft was reported at Dollar General in Todd Township.

o On June 27, burglary was reported in the 200 block of Walnut Street in McConnellsburg. Between 7:15 and 9:30 p.m., someone took about $200 in quarters from a garage.

o At 6:48 p.m. Monday, theft by deception was reported in the 9100 block of Tomstown Road in Quincy Township. A 43-year-old Waynesboro woman said someone charged $557.39 to her Pay Pal account, police said.

o At 1:22 a.m. Thursday, criminal mischief was reported in the 3700 block of Sportsman Road in Greencastle. Someone damaged three mailboxes with a baseball bat, police said.
