Ice rink announces new public skating times

The Hagerstown Ice and Sports Complex at Fairgrounds Park has announced its new public ice skating times. The new times will begin Friday, July 10.

The new times are as follows:

o Fridays, 7 to 8:50 p.m.

o Saturdays, 3 to 4:50 p.m. and 8 to 9:50 p.m.

o Sundays, 2 to 3:50 p.m.

o Mondays, noon to 12:50 p.m.

Broomball will move from Friday nights to Sunday afternoons from noon to 12:50 p.m. Sneakers, helmets and gloves are required.

The new times will help ease the transition between sessions and will allow more time slots for ice skating performances and hockey events, officials said.
