Nina Virginia Foreman, 87

Mrs. Nina Virginia Foreman, 87, of Keedysville, formerly of Frederick, died Sunday, June 28, 2009, at her daughter's residence.

She was the wife of Earl Lincoln Foreman Jr., who died May 13, 2003.

Born July 17, 1921, in Lovettsville, Va., she was a daughter of the late Chester Harrison and May Elizabeth Stallings Stone.

Mrs. Foreman had been employed at the Buckheimer Co. in Frederick for a number of years.

She attended Lutheran church and loved her grandchildren.

Surviving are six children, Earlene Shultz and husband, Wayne, of Frederick, Steven E. Foreman and wife, Doris, of Hagers-town, Allen W. Foreman, and Franklin H. Foreman and wife, Lisa, all of Frederick, Georgeanna M. Crim and husband, Michael, of Keedysville, and Dorothy M. Gearhart and husband, Michael, of Comer, Ga.; 17 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Russell and husband, Wayne, of Adamstown, and Katherine Russell of Virginia; and six brothers, Charles Stone and wife, Shirley, of Winchester, Va., Harrison Stone and wife, Linda, of Doubs, Md., Henry Harrison, Luther Stone and Howard Stone, all of Adamstown, and John Stone of Frederick. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Jason Mayne Jr.; and several sisters and brothers.

Mrs. Foreman is at Robert E. Dailey & Son Funeral Homes, P.A., 1201 N. Market St., Frederick, where the family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 1, at the funeral home with the Rev. L. Samuel Martz officiating. Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.

The family requests that memorials be made in memory of Mrs. Foreman to Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742.
