Donald Steven Jones, of Halltown, W.Va., died Sunday, June 28, 2009, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. The service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
