Church of the Holy Trinity UCC, Halfway, the Rev. Tim Leighton's topic at 10:45 a.m. Sunday is Asleep at the Helm. Sunday school at 9:30 a.m.

Tri-State Fellowship, Sunday, Pastor Randy Buchman will lead the 9:30 a.m. classic service and Cory Forsyth, a Moody Bible Institute student, the 11 a.m. bridge service on the theme, The Uncommon Common Life: Relationships in the Family of Faith about the Lycaonian Church from the book of Acts. The children's summer program, Boomerang Express, continues Sunday for the entire morning. Classes are offered at 9:30 a.m. for middle and high schoolers. Sunday evening youth groups for high schoolers are from 6 to 8 p.m.

Mount Zion Lutheran Church, Md. 67 and Locust Grove Road, Rohrersville, Pastor John Aurand will be guest at the 10:15 a.m. service and meal marking the 60th anniversary.

Zion Assembly of God, Maugansville, Pastor Stew Torres will speak Sunday at 10 a.m. on the topic, Father's, Don't Forget Your First Love.

New Beginning Full Gospel Church, three miles north of Martinsburg, W.Va., U.S. 11, Jack Hollingsworth and his wife, Sally, will minister at the anniversary celebration Sunday at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. A meal will follow the morning service.

Hagerstown Christ's Reformed Church UCC, the Rev. Jerrold Foltz will speak on Living in Mutual Trust at the 9:30 a.m. worship service Sunday honoring his retirement. A light lunch will follow. Liturgists will include the Revs. Gregg Meserole and Rebecca Hoover; Art Burgan, Mary Rummel, Bill Shank and Becky Sweeney. There will be special music guests. Church school will resume in September.
