Clear Spring students collect change for babies

The students and faculty at Clear Spring Elementary School recently raised $1,323.01 for March of Dimes March for Babies during a two-week change collection campaign.

The school earned the honor of the top school team in the Western Maryland Division, which covers Allegany, Frederick, Garrett and Washington counties.

Doug McBurney's fifth-grade class raised the most money: $345.
