Cristofano-Magaha



Mr. and Mrs. Richard Cristofano of Mercersburg, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Marie, to Brandon Michael Magaha, son of Laura Likely of Smithsburg and Steve Magaha of Hagerstown.

Ms. Cristofano is a 2004 graduate of James Buchanan High School. She is a 2009 graduate of Shepherd University in West Virginia with a bachelor's degree in social work. She is employed at Star Community in Hagerstown.

Mr. Magaha is a 2001 graduate of South Hagerstown High School and a 2008 graduate of Shepherd University with a degree in political science and a minor in history. He is serving in the U.S. Air Force with the Air National Guard in Martinsburg, W.Va.

A Sept. 5, 2009, wedding is planned.

Davis-Ryder



Lauri Davis of Fort Loudon, Pa., and Charles Ryder of McConnellsburg, Pa., announce their engagement.

Ms. Davis is the daughter of Nancy Clayton and Larry Clayton, both of Fort Loudon. She is a graduate of James Buchanan High School and Penn State University. She is employed by Franklin County as a drug and alcohol prevention specialist.

Mr. Ryder is the son of Joan Ryder of Phoenixville, Pa., and the late Charles "Skeets" Ryder. He is a graduate of James Buchanan High School. He is employed by Montgomery County, Md., as a correctional officer.

A Sept. 26, 2009, wedding is planned.

Trace-Jones



Peggy Trace of Hagerstown announces the engagement of her daughter, Dawn Marie Trace, to Justin Lee Jones, son of Brian and Missi Jones of Hagerstown. Miss Trace is also the daughter of the late Samuel Trace.

Miss Trace is a 2003 graduate of Williamsport High School, and is employed in Hagerstown.

Mr. Jones is a 2001 graduate of Smithsburg High School, and is employed by the State of Maryland in Hagerstown.

A Sept. 5, 2009, wedding is planned.

Hebb-Insley



Ruth Kay Hebb and John W. Insley of Gerrardstown, W.Va., announce their engagement.

Ms. Hebb is the daughter of the late Kenneth and Juanita Wolfensberger. She is a 1976 graduate of Williamsport High School. She is self-employed as a health-care giver.

Mr. Insley is the son of Donald Insley and Priscilla Baliatico of Baltimore. He is a 1979 graduate of Williamsport High School. He is employed as a plumber with Fridinger-Ritchie.

A June 20, 2009, wedding is planned.
