Yoder notches second career win

Jim Yoder's first trip to Victory Lane at Hagerstown Speedway came in March 2008. He finally got his second win Saturday night in the late model feature.

Starting third, Yoder seized an opportunity on the opening lap to take the lead. Six-time champion and current series points leader Roy Deese Jr. moved into second, but Yoder remained in control through two restarts.

Frankie Plessinger, who trails Deese by five points in the season standings, made a run late but Yoder pulled out to a 1.75-second lead at the checkered flag.

Kenny Dillon returned to victory lane for the second time his season in the Ernie D's pure stocks to score his 20th career victory.
